Notes to rental rates
BOOKINGS:  A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to secure. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to departure as will the £100 key/damage deposit, refundable on return of keys and subject to inspection for any damage / loss by our agents. For departures under 8-weeks the balance will need to be paid in full.

CANCELLATIONS: The balance will be due if less than 8 weeks before departure, more than 8 weeks a refund less deposit will be given.

CLEANING: The cleaning cost is NOT included in the price, there is a cost of 55 Euros payable locally for the end of rental clean/laundry. Dont forget to bring your own Beach Towels 

OPTIONS: Long and short term lets are available on request, price on application. Changeover days are flexible. Airport transfers can be arranged if required.We can also arrange a meet and greet service for you to.
